Le Five does not offer refunds for any payment that was made at the facility
If I purchased a pick up slot online, is my spot guaranteed?
Yes, your spot will be guaranteed until the start of the pick up. After the start of the pick up, you will be considered as not joining and your slot can be given to another player.
If the online pick up slots are sold out, are there more available at the facility?
Yes, we only sell a limited amount of slots online. The majority of the slots are sold at the facility on a first come, first serve basis. Come as early as possible to secure your spot.
